Turning Frugality into a business
I was casually web surfing and as I go along my day, one story caught my attention. It was a mother and daughter Jill Cooper and Tawra Kellam who was able to turn frugality into a business.

They co-authored Dining on a Dime Cook Book. It is a collection of frugal recipes and money saving tips that can help anyone cut his or her food budget. You’ll find kids crafts, snack ideas, gift jars and gift baskets, dinner menus, homemade cleaning products and homemade bath and beauty products.

I’ve had the book for quite some time now — can’t say that it’s unbelievable. Mostly alot of common sense things like “minimize the number of trips you make to the grocery store” and “stick to your grocery list”. However, there are some rich in flavor but not in price recipes incorporated into the book.

Thanks for the comments about the book. I’m sure people who read this post would benefit from it.
