The $39 dollar experiment
Tom Locke created an experiment. He has this $39 roll of stamps and he was thinking about what $39 can buy for him. He thought he won’t be able to get much if you buy $39 worth of groceries but if you lost $39 to a casino, he won’t be upset at all.
He then decided to make an experiment. His goal is to use the $39 roll of stamps to send 100 letters to 100 different companies asking for freebies. Eventually he was able to get more than $270 worth of freebies and discounts.

I don’t think the results stop there. He has adsense in his site and because of this $39 dollar experiment, more people are visiting his site and he earns through adsense. I wonder how much he earned through adsense so far. He should have included it in his $270 return on investment.
