When are repairs usually done? Chances are, it may be before the eldest daughter’s wedding, or your golden anniversary, or the simply before Thanksgiving, when, most often than not, it has been unplanned.

This is due to the fact that they might give way to new products which they might be introducing the following year.
For best results in repainting the house, having it done during the fall would give it a much better quality. If it would be done during the summer days when the weather may be unusually hot, chances are, your paint would not bond properly and peel or fade much faster. Down in the drain goes your money.
The main thought to be considered in this aspect, how to make the most of the money that you would spend for the repair of the house one has worked so hard to acquire.
