Habits to Acquire if You Want to be Healthy
Health is wealth. Need I say more?
Here are the Habits of Highly Healthy Men. Go see which of these habits are yours, too.
1. Get more sun.
Isn’t this contradicting the “avoid the sun” mantra of supermodels and celebrities? Well, not really. As they say, just go out and enjoy the sun before 10am, when it’s not in its most burning degree. Sunlight is the precursor of Vitamin D.
2. Get enough rest.
When we lack slumber hours, our body tries to compensate by getting sluggish. That’s how I feel when I didn’t get enough shuteye, at least. And read this, “if you lack sleep, you are asking your body to succumb to diabetes.!” That’s according to the American Diabetes Association. Ok, that’s it. I need my siesta!
3. Eat more home-cooked meals.
Enough of Supersizing and soda galore. You know how bad eating out can be to your body and even to your wallet. Now that’s something to really worry about, huh?
