50 Holiday Things You Can Make Yourself
The holidays are the best times to make stuff. Every year I put together a gift bag for my loved ones. Each bag usually has a loaf of zucchini bread, homemade cookies, homemade Christmas ornaments, seeds harvested from my garden and sometimes other homemade goodies. I also like to give my son’s teachers and the school bus drivers baked goods for the holidays. They get enough coffee mugs and scarves, they don’t need another to add to the pile. I know the holidays are a busy time, but I think if you stop and make a few treats or decorations, it makes the season more special.
